Simpson – Wentz’s PUREfect New Year’s Eve
Well, apparently there are still a lot of people who can spend $5000 bucks just to join a party.
New parents singer/ actress Ashlee Simpson and husband, bassist/composer Pete Wentz, made their way to PURE nightclub, in Cesar’s Palace, Las Vegas last Wednesday, December 31, to host their annual New Year’s Eve Party (a job which was taken on by Britney Spears, just a couple of New Years ago).
Their one-month-old baby boy, Bronx Mowgli, sat this part out, while his famous parents welcomed 2009, with an ever-present countdown to midnight, and a celebratory kiss. Ash fed her hubby two bites of cake after the clock struck midnight, but wasn’t spotted to eating any herself. Dieting, perhaps?
Though Ash’s big sister, Jessica Simpson, and the rest of Pete’s band, the Fall Out Boys, did not make an appearance, the couple were joined by Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, along with a roomful of other partiers and guests.
Now, some people have commented that Ash could now pass as a Playboy Playmate with her new post-baby body. With her hair back to being blonde, the new mom went to the party sporting a skintight, low-cut bustier, which accentuated her breasts. For those people who questioned why Pete’s favorite things about his wife are her boobs, well wonder no more!
“I couldn’t put bleach to my head while I was pregnant, so I’m happy to be blonde again,” she reveals.
And the baby weight? Almost gone. Remember her comment about her weight a few weeks back? Well it seems that she’s working hard on getting back her pre-baby body.
“I’m being a mom. I’m breast-feeding and when I get a chance to work out, I’m working out.”
And what does her hubby say to that? “I think she’s a babe!”
