John Mayer’s “Special” Gift For Jessica Simpson

Jessica Simpson and John Mayer have been dating for a while now, and I’m wondering if the bloom is off the rose a little bit. John is sort of mean to Jessica. Recently the two of them were having dinner with some friends at this really great Italian restaurant in LA and John said he had a special present for Jessica. She was so excited, thinking it was going to be sweet and romantic…but no. It was a thesaurus. John told her she should know some more words, which made the whole table laugh…all except for Jessica. His gesture hurt her feelings.

his gesture? wow what does this man think he is? I understand her vocab might be limited, but I think he knew this when they hooked up? She’s a singer, not a writer, and yes he could’ve given it to her anyways, but why not at home-alone. Why embarass her in the presence of friends?? It seemed to me as if he consideres himself a lot better than her, the way he walks so much ahead of her, that cold blank smile, and then doing, his intentions weren’t to better jes, it was about him looking like HE’s better THAN her, “you may be a big pop princess babe, but here’s a thesaurus!! haha I’m so clever, your soo lucky to have me…..yeah..”
