Daddy Joe Kicks A$$ (Literally)

Joe Simpson and Pete Wentz whooped up on some bodyguards who hassled their beloved Ashlee Simpson the other night.

It happened when the group was trying to leave a party at the Mirage. Bouncers let Ashlee, Papa Joe and boyfriend Pete pass through to get to their waiting SUV, but they stuck out their arms and stopped the rest of their entourage. Pete demanded that they let his buddies through, screaming “This is my car! I paid for this car!” along with some choice expletives.

One of the security guards shoved Pete, which caused him to accidentally knock Ashlee up against a wall. Well, it was on. Pete started wailing on the doorguy and Papa Joe jumped right in behind him. He said later, “When somebody messes with my baby, it’s over!”

The ruckus didn’t last long and nobody was hurt, but Pete vows he will never set foot inside that club again.
