Wilmer Valderrama, Nick Lachey and Nicky Hilton have joined forces to open a restaurant in Las Vegas called “The Company,” which will be located in the Luxor Hotel. Valderrama described the restaurant:

“It’s a steak house,” added the actor. “Really great. It’s going to be really special for Vegas, a different flavor.”

By that, Valderrama says he is referring to the “architecture, the chef, the vibe of the restaurant. There’s a lot of great restaurants in Vegas, but this is exciting because it’s a different branding, kind of next generation type things.”

The restaurant is set to open in a couple months.

Jessica Simpson and here sweet little Maltipoo, Daisy, arrived at the airport in New York yesterday for fashion week. I think Daisy looks kind of sad, all smushed in her carrier like that, but Jessica? Jessica is hot. I love that simple black dress and those awesome green earrings.

Jessica Simpson’s home, located in West Hollywood, is absolutely gorgeous. I love how lush the backyard is - like her own private escape - with a pool that is both modern and perfect for swimming laps, dipping your feet at the water’s edge, or hosting a pool party. I mean, all people do at pool parties is lounge around, right? And it’s perfect for that. (more…)

Like she has a movie coming out sometime soon. Like…oh, wait. She does. And here she is on the cover of yet another mag. It’s a publication I’ve never heard of, but whatever. Jessica Simpson was allegedly 11 hours late for a promotional interview. The actress was due to speak to Lara Spencer of America’s ‘The Insider’ show at 10 a.m. However, Jessica didn’t arrive until 9 p.m., leaving Laura - who had flown to Louisiana, where Jessica is currently filming new movie ‘Major Movie Star,’ to conduct the interview - waiting for 11 hours. We reported before that Jessica was on the cover of Germany’s edition of Glamour magazine, and it appears as though she’s making the rounds. Now Jessica is on the cover of Holland’s TV/Film magazine.

I can’t read any of this, considering it’s in Dutch, but for any of you who took Dutch classes in high school or college now is the time to brush up on your reading skills!! (Or, you know, if you’re just bilingual. And if you are, I heart you.)

Ashlee recently went shopping at a mall with a friend, where paparazzi caught up with her and a friend. She’s seen here riding an escalator, which really isn’t all that interesting, but check out the way she’s pretending she doesn’t see them. The funny thing is that she OBVIOUSLY wanted the attention, because why else would she bother going to a mall full of people when she can be doing some power shopping on Rodeo Drive? That’s what I want to know.

In other news, I totally love her pink shoes.

Jessica Simpson has been working hard with her trainer - and it looks like her workouts are paying off! Check out her muscular legs in these pics:

This split between Jessica Simpson and John Mayer doesn’t seem to be working out so well … The two of them were seen going into her hotel room at the Soho Grand in NY Sunday night and John didn’t leave until about noon the next day, complete with a great big smile slapped on his face.

Sources say Jessica is cautious about getting back together with John, who told her he needed his “space.” The source says John’s scared of commitment, so he breaks up, regrets it, and then begs her to get back together. They’ve done this about a dozen times …

Jessica Simpson and John Mayer have ended their romance – but perhaps not for good.

A source close to Simpson told PEOPLE magazine, “They have broken up. But they have broken up and gotten back together at least 10 times before.” According to the source, the pair are in constant contact – even as Simpson promotes her film Major Movie Star at the Cannes Film Festival in France. “They talk to each other at least six times a day. I don’t know if this breakup is permanent, but for right now they are broken up.” In fact, the pair have “been emailing and talking to each other,” since Simpson went to Cannes, says a Simpson friend. “I’m sure they’ll get back together.”

As for why the two singers split, a friend of Mayer’s says, “John did say that he broke up [with Jessica]. He said that it was because he was just over it.” But the pal says there is no other woman. “He’s fine about it, he’s not upset – but he’s definitely not looking for someone right now.”

Jessica Simpson has confirmed what I have been suspecting for a couple of weeks! She and John Mayer are OVER.

Jessica and John spent months refusing to talk about their relationship, but finally confirmed their romance in March. They were last seen together at an event in NY on May 7.

But John’s not sitting around pining over Jessica. He reportedly was at the NY nightclub Stereo over the weekend, hitting on every super-skinny girl there. The source says it was only the REALLY skinny girls he was hitting on, too…the complete opposite of curvy Jessica.

He seemed especially fond of one Asian model, but the source says John left the club alone. Some in their circle say they fully expect John and Jess to get back together because they break up and make up all the time… mainly because John objects to the way Jessica dresses.

You may not have known this, but on May 12, Jessica Simpson was in Cologne, Germany. She was performing at the UNESCO Gala 2007, which was held at the gorgeous Maritim Hotel.

She looks sultry here, like maybe she’s seducing the crowd (and with that body, she could).

Ashlee took the lead role as covergirl for Cosmo’s June issue. She’s featured with natural-looking highlights and a tight blue dress, looking half girl-next-door and half sexpot. Especially the way she’s hiking her dress up to her hip for the camera.
