Oh how the paparazzi could sometimes go far for a story and pictures…too far in this case.

Fall Out Boy bassist/ songwriter Pete Wentz was outraged when a website divulged his family’s whereabouts during a rare for-family-only quality time.

The rocker criticized Gawker.com for posting a sighting of him, his wife, singer/actress Ashlee Simpson, and their five-month old baby boy, Bronx Mowgli at Central Park on the afternoon of May 19th.

Apparently, the paps read the post on the Gawker and hurried off to snap pictures of the Wentz family, disturbing their peaceful outing.

Naturally, this stirred up the fatherly instincts in Pete (proving once and for all that he has got those familial feelings), who gave an outraged rant on his blog site. His blog article spoke of his deep disgust and how he did not ever want a Global Positioning System (GPS) on his kid, referring to the paparazzi and their following around him and his family.

The angry dad continued to write that they (Pete and Ash) don’t parade Bronx around and that they don’t call the paparazzi themselves, unlike some other celebrities that I know. Anyway, he continued to write, “For the most part we try and make his life as normal as possible.”

“It’s completely irresponsible and dangerous to my son for you to do the opposite and write where he is at any given time,” he added.

He then proceeded to question the legality of the paparazzi’s actions and outright said that their actions were unethical.

I wonder what you’ll say the day someone gets hurt in ‘real life’ (you know, that place next to your keyboard),” he finished.

Finally, we get to see Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson’s offspring, outside of an internet picture. The three were spotted in LAX and in Brighton and Manchester, England, as the threesome strolled for the Fall Out Boys’ UK tour.

FOB bassist/songwriter, Pete Wentz, tagged along his wife and 3-month-old son, Bronx Mowgli, for the band’s Fall European tour, where they headed off to lovely England. Ash and Bronx spent a week on the road with the famous pop/emo band before returning back home. Hmm, I wonder if Ash continued their mummy-and-me workout during the tour?

Anyways, this is the first time that the papz (and the rest of the camera-toting world) had a chance to snap photos of the Wentzs’ little boy. As most of you may recall, the couple did not want to “pimp” out pictures of their son to the magazines, hiding him, almost jealously, from the rest of the world. But finally, on December, they decided that the best gift that they could give to the people who care about them is a pic of them with their son. That was the first time that people saw Bronx, albeit it showed more of Ash and Pete’s faces than the baby’s, but still.

The young mommy seemed to be protective of her little angel and was seen holding him tightly to her chest, while papa Pete prefers to carry Bronx in a baby basket, with a cover on top, presumably to stop unwanted shutterbugs from taking any pics during their little family outing.

But still, it’s nice to know that Bronx gets time to spend with his mommy and daddy, despite the fact that they’re busy celebs. Hey, the little guy needs these moments, specially now that mom Ash is going to do Melrose Place, and dad Pete will continue with the tour.

Like any other normal people, the Simpsons also hold family dinners. And when we say family dinners, we can usually expect the members of the family to come. Not so for one recent addition to the Simpson family.

I’m talking about Ashlee Simpson’s husband, Pete Wentz. I guess that for him, it’s either: 1) he’s too busy doing – erm – things or 2) he doesn’t really feel that he’s part of the family. So which is which, Pete? Or he could have reasons only known to himself and which he doesn’t want the rest of the world to know. OMG! There’s actually something that he wants to keep private?!

The family had a nice, cozy dinner at Studio City eatery La Loggia Ristorante, Los Angeles. And for those of you who don’t know, the Simpson family is composed of: 1) the parents: papa/manager Joe and mom Tina, and 2) the children and their significant others: older sister, country singer/ actress, Jessica and her beau, Dallas Cowboys quarterback, Tony Romo; and younger sis, pop singer/ actress, Ashlee and – wait, where’s husband, rocker/ bassist/ composer Pete Wentz? Gasp! Well, that makes up for the adults, the only Simpson baby, grandson, Bronx Mowgli, was understandably absent for the evening too, like his daddy.

Alright, let’s just give Pete a little space, and a lot of benefit of a doubt. Maybe the guy really did want to come, but due to prior, unavoidable circumstances, he couldn’t. Well, at least Ash was there. But I can’t help thinking that the dinner would be a tad bit more interesting if Pete were present.

E! Online and the Waco Tribune- Herald have disclosed that Jessica and Ashlee Simpson, have been spending the Christmas holidays at Waco, Texas. This place is the home of the sisters’ maternal grandmother. The two brought along their significant others, beau Tony Romo for Jess, and Fall Out Boy’s Pete Wentz for Ash, and of course their cute baby, Bronx Mowgli.

This holiday seems to be bringing out Jessica’s domestic side. She says, “My personality is now more stay-at-home; right now I’m doing the Christmas tree and everything.”

Does this have anything to do with wanting to become Mrs. Tony Romo by next summer? And coincidentally, she wants to have the wedding at Texas too. Go figure.

And if that isn’t enough, she also says that she likes to bake pies.

“Tony’s favorite is pumpkin pie,” she told Fox’s Pop Tarts celebrity column, “and I haven’t mastered that yet.”

And this coming from the girl who made a cheeseburger for her “cowboy” last Thanksgiving, where Tony almost choked because she forgot to take the plastic off from the cheese. Though the pies might be delicious, Tony (and the rest of her family) should try to fish around for some inedible stuff first before trying to eat them.

But kudos to Jess. She might make a very good housewife someday. So keep on baking Jess! Because as they always say, “The best way to a man’s heart is through his stomach,” just do try to check for any more plastic, okay?

Jessica Simpson & Tony Romo were spotted together not only once, but twice this past Thanksgiving weekend! The couple showed up at Jessica’s grandparents new home in Waco, Texas, on November 23rd, reports In Touch Weekly.

The family visit followed dinner at Dragonfly in Dallas the evening before.

Oh, wow. So, it would seem that I have this blog, SimpsonWatch.com. And I’m supposed to post on it about Ashlee and Jessica.

Except…I kind of kept putting it off, and putting it off, and there was just so much more interesting things to write about Britney Spears, and so I kept putting it off…until finally, I remembered: hey. Didn’t I used to write a Simpson blog also? I should really get on that.

So…what have Jessica and Ashlee been up to lately? Not much, truth be told. But I’ll still share some tidbits with you:

Ashlee, it seems, is left denying rumors whether she’s ever used Botox. This seems kind of obvious, she’s only 23 after all, but the rumors started swirling and now she’s trying to do damage control. So she’s saying, “NO, I DON’T USE BOTOX” and crediting her eyebrows to her makeup artist. Whatever. Do we really care about this? I say: No. Moving along! (more…)

Bam Margera, the star of Jackass and Viva La Bam, has come clean about his romance with Jessica Simpson. Bam and Jessica were romantically linked in 2005 while Jessica was still married to Nick Lachey. Bam is now married to his childhood sweetheart, Missy Rothstein, and we all know that Jessica is, unfortunately, divorced from Nick.

Jessica has always, always denied the rumors of a romance with Bam. Bam has adamantly boasted that he and Jessica briefly dated. Recently, Bam started talking about their brief romance again - and he came clean about the truth, admitting that his fling with Jessica ended when Bam’s former fiancee discovered the affair. Jessica Simpson is reportedly planning to have a baby with her gay hairdresser.

I know, I know. I couldn’t believe it either. What’s more, I couldn’t find anything to back up that claim, other than other gossip sites. Allegedly, More magazine (which doesn’t make sense, because it is for women ages 40+, and Jessica Simpson is like HALF that age, but whatever) has reported that the singer-actress wants to be artificially inseminated with the help of her long-term friend Ken Paves. Joe Simpson and Pete Wentz whooped up on some bodyguards who hassled their beloved Ashlee Simpson the other night.

It happened when the group was trying to leave a party at the Mirage. Bouncers let Ashlee, Papa Joe and boyfriend Pete pass through to get to their waiting SUV, but they stuck out their arms and stopped the rest of their entourage. Pete demanded that they let his buddies through, screaming “This is my car! I paid for this car!” along with some choice expletives. (more…)

Jess is nowhere to be found in these photos, but Ashlee and her mom, Tina, look like they’re having a ball at BCBG Max Azria’s show. And who’s that sitting next to Ashlee and Tina? If you don’t believe in the healing powers of love, believe this (or at least entertain the rumor): Ashlee Simpson saved her boyfriend, Pete Wentz, from depression and suicide. According to an article published by Stuff, Pete is ready to put his wild partying behind him and settle down.

Pete said: “I picture myself having a family now. Before, my dreams were about being in a huge band. Now, my dreams are of back yards and hanging out. It’s a progression for me, trying to figure out what’s normal.”

The 22-year-old - who has battled depression and prescription drugs - is rumoured to be engaged to Ashlee, also 22, and says he now has a reason to live.
