Yes, Ashlee Simpson has an alter ego, Vicky Valentine, and I’m curious to know (a) how long Vicky has existed and (b) how Ashlee came up with the name. It kind of sounds like a porn star’s name, doesn’t it? Or at least a stripper.

Ashlee says about Vicky: “You will know when Vicky is in the room” (presumably because Vicky is wild and crazy). I guess it’s really Vicky Valentine that has been dating Pete Wentz, then? Jessica Simpson is reportedly planning to have a baby with her gay hairdresser.

I know, I know. I couldn’t believe it either. What’s more, I couldn’t find anything to back up that claim, other than other gossip sites. Allegedly, More magazine (which doesn’t make sense, because it is for women ages 40+, and Jessica Simpson is like HALF that age, but whatever) has reported that the singer-actress wants to be artificially inseminated with the help of her long-term friend Ken Paves. Ashlee Simpson attended the Just Cavalli Flagship Launch Party last week, and looked foxy while there. I’ll tell you - this girl cleans up well. Everything about her ensemble - shoes, dress, jewelry, makeup - looks perfect. It also makes me think that she must not have dressed herself. If that were the case, she might have just worn skinny jeans and a black shirt. (more…)

Joe Simpson and Pete Wentz whooped up on some bodyguards who hassled their beloved Ashlee Simpson the other night.

It happened when the group was trying to leave a party at the Mirage. Bouncers let Ashlee, Papa Joe and boyfriend Pete pass through to get to their waiting SUV, but they stuck out their arms and stopped the rest of their entourage. Pete demanded that they let his buddies through, screaming “This is my car! I paid for this car!” along with some choice expletives. (more…)

Wilmer Valderrama, Nick Lachey and Nicky Hilton have joined forces to open a restaurant in Las Vegas called “The Company,” which will be located in the Luxor Hotel. Valderrama described the restaurant:

“It’s a steak house,” added the actor. “Really great. It’s going to be really special for Vegas, a different flavor.”

By that, Valderrama says he is referring to the “architecture, the chef, the vibe of the restaurant. There’s a lot of great restaurants in Vegas, but this is exciting because it’s a different branding, kind of next generation type things.”

The restaurant is set to open in a couple months.

Fall Out Boy Pete Wentz joined his lovely girlfriend, Ashlee Simpson, at the MTV VMAs in Las Vegas, and I must say: he looked happier than I’ve ever seen him in a long time. Relaxed, even. Of course, that might be because he’s trying to win big money…(not that he needs it).

Ashlee Simpson rocked the 2007 VMAs in an ultra-short dress that showed off her ballerina-esque legs. I think she looked cute, but her skin was a little pale. Kind of ghostly. And paired with that dark eyeliner, she actually looked goth. But maybe that’s the look she was going for. (more…)

Jessica Simpson and here sweet little Maltipoo, Daisy, arrived at the airport in New York yesterday for fashion week. I think Daisy looks kind of sad, all smushed in her carrier like that, but Jessica? Jessica is hot. I love that simple black dress and those awesome green earrings.
